Behavioral Science principles were incorporated into a Boston Scientific patient support call guide, and Patient Education Specialists (PESs) were trained on how to use these principles when speaking with patients. Ongoing reinforcement and support was also provided post-training using simple techniques, tools, and dedicated Champions.
