Collaborating to Serve Growing Multicultural Population in Connecticut

Like the region and the nation, Connecticut continues to become more and more diverse. Today, 1 in 3 "Nutmegger" is from an ethnic/racial minority group - fueled by the Hispanic population. For Hartford Healthcare, this meant developing culturally relevant strategies and approaches to not only reach, but to connect with consumers. From addressing COVID safety and vaccine hesitancy in communities of color, to promoting key service lines, Hartford Healthcare - with its multicultural agency Camelo Communication - has made multicultural marketing an integrated part of its marketing approach.
